Most custom jerseys are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. For rush orders, we offer 2-3 day expedited processing for an additional fee. During peak season (August-October), please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer installment payment options through Afterpay, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we accept returns or exchanges only if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We'll happily replace your item or provide a refund.

We offer a wide range of sizes from Youth Small to 5XL. Our jerseys are designed to fit true to size, but we recommend checking our size chart before ordering. If you're unsure about your size, you can measure a similar jersey you already own and compare it to our measurements.

Yes! We can customize jerseys with any current or former Boise State player's name and number, as long as they are publicly available. We also offer custom names and numbers for personalized jerseys. Just select "Custom" from the drop-down menu and enter the name and number you'd like.
